Help choosing Heatsink/Fan

Recently, my PC is been running pretty hot. I checked the temps, and the CPU was around 50C at idle. So i was going to order some new thermal paste and reset the stock heatsink, but decided i might as well go with a new heatsink as well, in case i decide to overclock.

Any help choosing a new one would be great, since I'm not familiar with what's good and what isn't. PC is in the sig. Budget iis around $30 give er take about 10 bucks.
