Help choosing laptop ( streaming, large video files and basic editing )

I'm looking to produce a lot of videos, mostly nothing special in terms of size but a significant % large and I'd like to be able to edit them without much hassle. Also want to be able to stream (not games or anything but myself) for extended periods of time. Usual quality 1080 / 30 or 720 / 60 or whatever. Don't want a mac or anything with special features like touchscreen. Whatever I can get away with in $ is of course preferable, could do 700 - 1k if I had to. Any ideas appreciated.

Since you are interested in video editing, you might need a gaming laptop although you are not interested in gaming. Gaming laptops are essential because they are able to provide you with the maximum performance which is essential for high end video editing tools. You should try laptops with a good processor like i7 10th gen or above,16 GB of RAM for smooth streaming and a minimum graphics of GTX 1060 Ti. Better GPU will give better performance.
