[Help] Choosing my motherboard

Hey guys, it's about time I decided which motherboard to go with.
My knowledge on motherboards is minimal, so bare with me please.
I'll be using i5 3570k processor in which I plan to overclock, and an AMD graphics card (7850 2gb)
Due to recognition and reviews I've narrowed it down to these 5 motherboards.

Gigabyte GA-Z77M-D3H Socket 1155 VGA DVI HDMI 8 Channel Audio mATX Motherboard (£80.57)

MSI Z77MA-G45 Z77 Socket 1155 8 Channel HD Audio mATX Motherboard (£83.50)

Asus P8Z77-V LX Socket 1155 VGA DVI HDMI 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard (£76.48)

MSI Z77A-G43 Z77 Socket 1155 8 Channel HD Audio ATX Motherboard (£75.00)

Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H Socket 1155 VGA DVI HDMI 7.1 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard (£67.97)

If not any of these, do you think I would be better off going for a motherboard £100 + ?

I'd probably take the Z77A-G43. You definitely want ATX over mATX unless you need to save space.

Unless you're going to be overclocking that 3570K a lot, any of those sub-£100 boards you mentioned will be fine.

Is there much of a difference between the Z77A-G43 and the GA-Z77-DS3H that is worth the £7 extra?

The G43 has more USB ports, could be handy.

That one is probably the best overclocker.

Here's a range of more expensive motherboards, if not then I'll go with the MSI Z77A-G43 Z77

EDIT: Would overclocking my GPU be okay on the MSI Z77A-G43 ?
