Help Choosing New Card

Okay, I'm currently running on a semi-old computer. Specs are as follows:

Windows XP Home Edition SP3 (all up to date)
eMachines T2958
Intel Celeron CPU 2.66GHz
2.67 GHz, 504 MB RAM (am getting new 528MB RAM card soon)
Video Card: ATI Radeon 9250
256MB DDR Memory (fully up-to-date drivers)

and that's all I can tell you right now. If you need more info just let me know but anyways, back to the matter at hand. I am looking into getting a new graphics card to replace my old one seeing as how I want to move up in the gaming world. Looking at the specs of my computer, can anyone tell me what the best buy for a decent modern video card would be for me? By the way, I'm not loaded so don't hit past 200 bucks if you could. Anyway, just let me know. Thanks in advance.

since the rest of your rig is very low in quality, it wouldn't really be worth the money for anything above like $130 or $140. i would update the rest (at least the ram, cpu, and motherboard) first. i doubt you could play many of the really new games, even at really low quality and resolution. if you don't want to do that, then i second The_Other_One's link. good graphics for the money and your needs.
