i have 200 euro and want to to get a quad core processor +motherboard any 1 now somewhere for the best value for money
 
No onboard graphic
ASUS M4A77TD/ GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P + AMD Phenom IIx4 955

If you need onboard graphic - get Asus/ Gigabyte with AM3 socket 785G chipset

If you want a slightly cheaper brand of Mobo, MSI would be good alternative

I based on what you could get for ~£180. I am not sure if you could get these in 200 euro at ireland.
