Help! Computer Crashes

Here is my setup:

MSI P43 Neo3-F LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Mobo
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor
OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM
EVGA 512-P3-N863-TR GeForce 9600 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express

I just got all this stuff in the past week through newegg. I put everything in correctly, installed Vista business, and got all drivers up and running. Then I went to do my normal downloads (mozilla, steam, itunes)

Got those all up. Then as soon as I started playing a game (CSS) I had a full system crash, which jumped out of operating system and back to a full restart. So as it restarted, it just continuously crashed before even starting up the o.s. Turned off power, loaded up vista again. Played CSS, crash!. Went into bios, crash!

Now it is just a matter of time when I turn the computer on that it crashes. I have tried different power supply and video card combinations, along with taking ram out and switching it around. No luck, still crashes.

Any suggestions?

Jack

I saw that you said you tried different power supplies, what ones are you trying? This to me sounds like a power related issue more than anything else.

The power supply that I bought with the other parts:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341011

That was the initial power supply that I had in there. My initial reactions were power as well, so I checked all connections but still got the same problem.

So then I threw in:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817194001

from my old rig, and got the same problems. I also threw in a different video card, tested all combinations:

New ps, new video card
New ps, old video card
Old Ps, new video card
Old Ps, old video card

All had the same crash.
Hope that helps.

Anything helps at the moment.

Been testing for the last hour.

My two crashes so far have been when I am doing this

1st Occurance:
Talking on steam friends
Two firefox browsers up
Event Log windows up
Crash
Time: ~10 mins

2nd Occurance:
Event Log open
One firefox browser up
Crash
Time: < 3 mins

Just ran a MSI program PC Alert 4

Some readings:

Cpu temp 34 c
sys temp 27 c
Vcore voltage: 1.1 (blue reading, i think blue means good)
3.3 V : 3.42 volts (blue)
+12 V : 9.94 (red)
Cpu Fan : 1300 (red)
sys fan : 2024 (blue)
ps fan : 1758 (blue)

The program is also beeping at me like a red alert beeping sound haha

If you have done all this it seems the only variable left is the motherboard. Maybe trying to update the bios. This said, it really sound like a power problem tho.

Edit: I just noticed in that above post you 12v rail is only 9. something. You should be atleast in the 11's.

Last tests:

Reseated the processor. Still crashed.

I double checked that diag program through bios and all temps / voltages were good. That PC Alert thing was bogus I think.

RMA incoming, new mobo then we will see if that fixes it.

Thanks
Suggestions still well appreciated.
