HELP: Computer Not Starting

I need immediate help. I got all my parts for my new computer, I put it together, and when it starts, all the fans twitch (even the cpu fan), then it makes the beep sound then they all start, then it goes, then turns off.

Check all of the board connections. Make sure the power and reset wires on are on the right pins. The hardware side of it would be cpu if the supply lacks a bad cap there. Did you remember the four wire 12v plug that goes in near the cpu socket? That will keep a system from booting.

i got it working, i think it had something to do with the cpu fan. its weird with the rotating attachers. i dont think i had it on correctly the first time
