Help Computer Problem

Hi there all, I got a problem on my computer! I cant seem to open up anything, all the icons are like disabled, No .exe files will open up, If I select any program it will say search for the program etc. I got No idea whats wrong.

Whenever I click on them it sayz xxxxx.ink cant be opened.

Please Help
