Help Computer Turns Off On Its Own!

Where are you reading these temps from? Bios?
If not bios go into when you start the computer.
Like Joe2005 said hopefuly that temp's a mistake because 93c=199.4F (or close to that).
 
If those temps are correct it sounds like it's over heating.
Take out the cpu fan and blow air into it like Joe2005 mentioned, and blow air inside the other fans and the case as well.
Another thought do you know what update you installed if so try going in through safe mode and deleting it (still clean out the computer it would be a good thing to do).
 
Is that 115c? Or f. If it is C, then shut down immediately and reseat your cpu fan with some new thermal paste! You are about to burn it out!

But if you clean out your system check the temps again first, from your picture, it looks like your CPU thermal block is completely clogged with dust. That would drive your temps up big time.

yea 115 celcius it crashed again lol. Now its down to 92, at least I found the problem now I had no idea before.

I can't even access my bios for some reason.

I wish my neighbor was not a fat lazy guy and still sleeping at 1 pm
