here's the deal: when i ordered my Dv9000, i ordered a wireless n card, but when i checked the card that is installed, it is only capable of wireless g. so, i've been gypped. the reason i 'm asking if anyone else has a dv9000 is because i want to know if their card (middle bay, located near the ram) has two or three antenna connectors, because i believe that wireless n uses three antennae, and my computer is only equipped with two.

I'm pretty sure only "N" cards use 3 antennas. Probably the best thing would be to check the make of the card. Usually you can find information on the card (FCC numbers, chipsets, etc) so you can confirm what model the card is.

Are you only able to get G to your router? I'm still rather confused about the whole draft-N configuration... I've yet to use anything of the sort because I'm under the impression some cards aren't compatible with some routers; at least not at full N speeds.
