Help duplicating taskbar on all three monitors.

I use to have this taskbar on all three monitors. All of a sudden two out of three monitors do not show the icons on the right. The only thing on the right on the other two monitors is the time. Please help? Thank you.

If you have windows 10 then its gonna be a little different.
