Help: File info from all you PROS

Does anyone know what the file residing in the TIF files named "OLKB7" does? Is it typically found in Windows? Is it harmful to delete/shred the file? My OS is XP 2003 Gateway D box. Thank you all for your answers! :confused:
 
In case someone is extracting info from my computer and recovering it online. I often see word docs in files saved not only as word docs, but also as shortcuts with the explorer icon. When I click properties, those word docs with the internet explorer iconhave a path to the internet.
