Help Finding Exchange settings for Windows Mobile 6

Hi,

My company used microsoft exchange and we are all set up to be able to log on from outsite using a VPN etc, however is there anyway of finding what the settings are to enable my smart phone to sync with my outlook for email, calenders etc.

Any help would be appreciate.
