I have a previously seriously messed up computer. After a reformat etc. etc.
it's running okay but now it has a problem. The blue screen comes up, displaying the same message it said when I couldn't even boot windows - that if I have installed ay new harware i should remove it or reinstall - and then restarts windows. I haven't installed any new hardware except a CD drive (this problem occured before the installation of this drive) in the last year at least. I have overclocked the machine, but now it's at standard speed.
Wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I really don't feel like swapping hardware piece by piece but if that's what I have to do than that's life. Thanks for any suggestions.
