[Help] GPU and PSU upgrade

** $100 Total Budget **

I want to upgrade my computer from a HD 4200. I'll start off with specs.

PSU: Lite-On 250W
GPU: Integrated Radeon HD 4200
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 830
Memory: 6GB DDR3
Motherboard: FOXCONN 2AB1

Planned to get:
XFX Radeon HD 6570

Corsair CX 430 V2
or
Antec VP-450

Any suggestions on what to get? I cannot pass $100 no matter what. Will be used for a lot of gaming at low settings with no lag. Don't generally play high settings unless I can. Will not be playing high graphics demanding games ofc.

Yeahh, I agree too! I went through a bunch of comparing of GPU to find something that would fit the budget. Is there anything else I can do with $4.85 :p

According to the version I'm getting, it'll have 650 memory compared to the default which is 900. Is it worth it to somehow get $10 more to buy an Asus version which will come with the 900 memory clock?

Memory Clock: 650 MHz (1300 DDR) vs 900 MHz (1800 DDR)
Memory Bandwidth: 20.8 GB/sec vs 28.8 GB/sec
