before this i used a 9500gt,then i sold it.my pc was dead for 3 weeks until i bought a ati hd4850,after installing it,it seemed like fine at first,but after restarting,green dots appear everytime at startup and windows loading screen,but the dots disappear at desktop.then,after installing the drivers for the gpu,there were lines appearing,when i use system restore,the lines disappear but the dots at the startup and windows loading screen is still there.any ideas why? could it because i am using a stupid standard atx 450w psu?
