ok guys need your help.

i just purchased the logitech x - 530 speaker set.

my sound card is a
i think

this could be my graphics card

nvidia geforce 7600 gs

then if thats my graphics card my sound card is i think a creative sb live .....

any way i can tell

the problem is that i can only hear 3 out of 5 speakers i am thinking that this sound car is only 2 channel not 4 is this correct. any help would be good guys....

how do i tell what sound card i have and then lets take it from there.

how would i find out if its 2 or 4 channel.

and what are good sound cards these days

For that money why not make a better upgrade to your system performance wise? Ram, cpu, gpu?

i bought 5.1 channel speakers, i need to know if my sound card is 2 or 4 channel. any ideas how to find this out!

there is this amazing thing called control panel and from there you can view how your computer will dispurse your audio under the audio/speak settings like i said before.

ok guys

bought a 7.1 channel sound blaster sound card with my x-530 speakers but still not getting all the speakers working at once. its the rear speakers that wont work...

if i plug the rears into the front they work but then the others wont work. any help guys would be appreciated!
