Okay I'm an A+ student from WCI ontario and right now I have ran into a problem that does not make sence.
My task was to erase and reload a bios using a extractor. So the mother board I was given was the ABIT VH6 V1.02 and so I went to the web site to find the newest update for that board. The bios it gave me to download was made in 2002 and called the VH6_7J.bin. So when I boot the computer there is no bios so it only allows the floppy disk to scan, I scan the floppy and pick up about 5 files including the two main ones. The bios it's self so the VH6_7J.bin and the file RUNME.bat. The text guide that comes on the floppy README says to run RUNME.bat and I do it asks for the Bios so it displays the .bin file I press enter and a warning "Unknown Flash Type" pops up and when I reboot still there is no bios. I try'd clearing it but still nothing. So needless to say I'm stuck nothing it working right arggggggggggggg can some one please help.
