Is there a way (an adapter of some sort) that can connect two Apple LCDs (both having ADC connection) to a tower other than Macs (ex: Gateway GT5411E). . . I've done all the research i could but its just giving me a head ache. . .

Summin like this...
ADC to DVI & then if your gateway don't have DVI connectors get a DVI to VGA adapter. Though there probably is a better way to do this.
