i have a wonderful and serious problem on my computer.
when i turn on my system and windows is starting up it hangs
(win 2000 and higher on logo and win 98 when windows is starting completly on desktop hangs)
this problem repeats twice so that third time that my computer starting up normally.
i have this problem every morning turn it on.
i study every things in the case (even heatsink thermal paste) and format hard disk and
reinstall windows and all drivers even i change the VGA card
but it doesn't work truely yet.(also my computer worked truely two month ago)
please help meee.

i have a problem in my computer hardware
when i turn on my system must wait 3-4 minute else
if starting up one of the installed windows it will hang
when this time elapsed windows is starting up normally.
it can be a problem in Power or CPU or it's fan
please help me ...

it worked truely 1 mounth,15 day ago
i have this problem when my computer had been off several hour
and i want to turn it on .after it i can restart or shutdown it
and turn it on whithout that problem.
so i think this problem couldn't be in driver and ...
it could be in power OR cpu OR it's fan

i think this could be a problem with your computer hardware, when you have started up normally do you notice any hardware not working? check cd-rom drives, and hard drives, and floppy drives.

if nothing is wrong here then go to system properties there could be a conflict with your hardware.

if you give me more information as to when the problem started, and whether you have recently done anything to your computer would be great.
 
exactly, its got a problem with some program that loads with windows. go to type msconfig in the run box at your start menu and see all the programs that boot. get rid of the ones you dont want.
