HELP! I keep on getting Lines.

Hi, can somebody help me, i keep on getting lines in my videos even in the best quaily. i dont know what to do.

i have a JVC GR-DF550US Camcorder, with a VIA OHCI Firewire PCI Port, and the Exsate DV Capture Live verison 1.0.0 build 300, it's freeware.

It looks like a picture of a monitor...
Do you mean the RED, or the BLUE circled lines?

When you do playback on the camcorder screen... do you see the lines? If so it could be the freeware...

when i playback on my camcorder it clear and lines free.
