Help! I need a great computer to run the lastest PhotoShop!

I am not computer savy enough to build my own computer or to know all of the ins and outs of what I need. I know I want a quad core CPU but I don't know what else is important. Does anyone familiar with running Photo Shop know of a great computer recommendation? The only thing that really caught my eye so far is the Sony VAIO J VPCJ118FX/B 21.5" All-in-One, but it is so new there are really no reviews of it out there and I don't know if I would be happy with it.

If you have any recommendations or input I would REALLY appreciate it!

photoshop doesn't need that much to run really. What is your budget for the whole system?
 
Are you building or buying?

I personally would go for Phenom IIx6 1055T + GTX460 1GB, it should come around $900 - 1000

BTW, I don't recommend all in one PC. It is hard to upgrade/ repair

+1, no need to go and spend that much on the video card, 2D is all in the CPU, not GPU
