Help IDing RAM

I was looking in my closet today and I came accross these two sticks of RAM. I'm trying to figure out what speed/type they are. Hopefully someone here might be able to help me.

Each stick has the following sticker on it:
128MB SDR DIMM,H
16ZHS STK 3826796

On one end it says:
PCSDRAM REV1.0

On the other:
168-33-3

On the chips:
Infineon
HYB39S128800CT-7.5
C2

Any ideas?

168pin SDRAM probably PC133@3-3-3, but the speed can be up to PC150@2-2-2-5 on some modules.
