Help in choosing which custom built pc to buy

Between the Mega Special I and Mega Special IV which do you think is better?

For gaming/video editing/illustration

Or should I just build one myself? I might come back and ask for that help later on. Either way I want your opinions and just in case I forget thanks for all the help everyone!

notice the the GTX465 has some bad review's and the 460 can actually outperform it. the power supplies seem cheap, no brand mentioned.
