help in motherboard

How i can know about motherboard defects
because my computer stoped suddenly and i believe that the motherboard has burned
and how can i repair this motherboard

if your friend has the same socket type motherboard then switch the cpu, ram, video card and all those stuff over just to be sure it's the motherboard falty. The same thing happened to my motherboard..it burned, so I'm buying a new one

You can always bring it to a computer repair shop, but more than likely they're gonna tell you to buy a new one.
