I've got everything installed except for supremefx II I've connect the HD audio to the side port on the card but next to it looks to be a 4 pin power connect and I can't figure out with power connect it should use or even if it is a power connecter Help please

If your talking about the black connector on the bottom right. Its for a sound wire connection between your CD/DVD drive and sound card. Dont plug a power cord there.

thanks for that though I got this cd drive which has sata power connector and sata connector so is sound transfered through sata? I assume

No, you do not need to use it. Just make sure in Device Manager under your CD/DVD drive in properties that enable digital CD/DVD audio is checked. Plus I dont even think a Blu-ray drive has a connector for it.
