Help in selecting a Motherboard.

I have a Megatrend 8080 GM-P51 MoBo that gives me intermittent problems and I like to replace it. I like to avoid having to buy a new processor, and the question is, what do I look for in another board to make sure that I can use my old processor? It is an AMD Phenom II4 840 processor, 3200MHz, 4 cores, 4 logical processors, and dates from 2011. It has 4GB of DDR3 memory. (This from the Systems Information page in Windows 7.) The computer is used for general Office and Internet use, no specialties.
Any suggestions anyone?
 
Anything AM3+ should work.

You could even get away with a cheaper standard AM3 board although that wouldn't provide you an upgrade path to FX and similar down the road if you were wanting a simple drop-in replacement.
