Help in understanding text

This is About FLAM Player

Unfortunately, I have some problems understanding the text in the manual.

In number 12 I do not understand the address. Should I copy the address into the address bar as it is, or should I switch 'your_webserver' out with my hosts address?
I have tried both (and more) but none of it works. I get an 'Internet Explorer can not display the webpage'.

Nor do I understand what is meant in 13 and 14.

12.
Using your web browser visit the location :
xxxx://www.your_webserver.com/FLAM_PLAYER_REP/admin/fp_init.php (I removed the http so that the entire text is displayed)
and enter the user / password defined at step 6.
When this page starts, the necessary tables are automatically created

13.
Leave the default HTTP path or enter your whole HTTP path if you chose to have a custom MUSICS_REP directory

14.
Leave the default ABSOLUTE path or enter your whole ABSOLUTE path if you chose to have a custom MUSICS_REP directory

your_webserver should be whereever you have put the player or whatever.
Ie that means on your site?

Do you even have a website?

I expect not? Would explain things!!
 
Yes I have a website. And I've done everything I need until number 12!


So if it was this site, it would be: xxxx://www.computerforum.com/FLAM_PLAYER_REP/admin/fp_init.php (have removed http)

Is that what you mean??

The question is no longer relevant.
I have instead chosen another player - which I also can not figure out how to install. :|
