Help: Internet working, browsers not.

Basically my problem is this:
My internet is working fine. Applications like MSN work fine.
Browsers however, do not. I've tried my Firefox, IE, and Opera, and none work.
I'm on XP Media, using a wireless router.
Just for the record:
System restore does not help
Using wired internet does not help
Cannot access router settings (192.168.x.x) through the browsers either

Only other symptoms my computer is showing is that when I 'repair' internet connection, it sais it cannot clear the DNS cache. Whether this is related or not I do not know.
DNS is enabled and I CAN clear it through cmd (ipconfig /flushdns)
Thats pretty much my story.

Oh also the other computers connected wirelessly to my router are working fine. Also virus and spyware checks show nothing.

Any help from you guys would be very, greatly appreciated.

are you adminon the computer....because i had the same problem but then i just asked the admin to sign in and then start the internett browser and BAM there it popped up an window where the virus program asked me to let this program acsess to the internett.

I am on full admin rights....
but i also tried logging on to the actual administrator account. No luck.

Make sure your ip is not specified in your internet control settings. let your router assign it.
