Help interpreting Diagnostic, VPN, error code 800

Setting up a windows VPN on a windows 8.1 laptop, I followed all the necessary steps, like creating the server, static IP, post forwarding, Firewall etc.

But when I try connecting to this new server, the connections are made through the WAN miniports SSTP and PPTP, but at L2TP it gives an error code 800.

Unfortunately I cannot interpret it and would appreciate help in finding the error and solving it.
