So i wanted to know if there's any way i can get help man .... cause this computer seriously needs the upgrade. its an emergency.

thanks,

what do you mean the specs?? where do i find that?? [i dnt know that much about computers]

computer parts? i guess you could call them that

what i do is go to my computer and in the upper left hand corner there should be a something that says view system information click it and there you go

but theres probably a better way.

You most likely don't have the system specs to run XP. You said you don't have the money to go out and buy anything so it looks like you are stuck at the moment. Have you tried doing a fresh install of windows 98 to see if that would restore your speed back to the way it was? Without having money, you are limited to what you can do.

Do you have the windows 98 install cd? You would need to backup any important data you have on your system first.
