Hi there, I have an HP notebook, I've had it since July and its been a great laptop. I've always been able to easily connect to the networks at my school and the library (hotspots) but the last week I can't! First it would connect but without internet access and when I did a trouble shoot, it said it was having trouble connecting to the DSN server or whatever, said my adapter WAS working properly. Sometimes it would say connected to the internet and it wouldnt have the little yellow ! triangle but as soon as I clicked into my browser the triangle would appear and I wouldn't have internet. It did this for a week. TWICE it did connect to the internet but only the first internet page I was on. For example, facebook would work and I could go on my facebook but as soon as I tried going to a different site it wouldnt work. NOW, I did system restore and hoped that would solve the problem but now when I try to connect it says "connection unsuccessful: you have limited connectivity to this network" but it has that little triangle and no internet access no matter what I do. What is wrong?! It says my adapter is working fine. I had a similar problem with a computer last year that was connected wirelessly, and we just had to restart the router. I can't see that being the problem here though because its not just the one network I cant connect to and no one else seems to have a problem. UGH. Does anyone have ANY ideas? I need to be able to connect to internet for school assignments! I'm in college, I don't have the time for this! THANK YOU
