that is my current plan, i already have a Geforce gtx 275 graphics card and a 19 inch monitor and keyboard and im wondering if all these parts are compatible and if there is any way i can go cheaper.

hate to bump, but i am pretty inept at computers and i dont want to get a lot of parts that make nothing as a whole.

Your motherboard link isn't working.

You could go down to a coolermaster 912 for the case. If you ever want to overclock, go for the 2500k.
