help me buy some good memory

i cant find any decent ddr2 memory. i guess ddr is more common than ddr2 but my budget is max $200 and i want the top of the line and ddr2 pc2 3200 or faster. 2 GB or more. i know that may be to much but i want my computer to be real fast its a dell 4700 pentium 4 2.8 ghz with HT i wont be keeping the old ram thats in their.
 
Unless the RAM you have in there now is quite a bit slower than the new RAM you plan to get, or if you have 512MB or less RAM in your system now, you won't notice much of a speed difference, if at all, if you upgrade to better quality RAM.

i have 512 mb of ram in their now. but i play alot of battlefield 2 and i was wondering if that would make any differnce i am going to get a 6600 gt to so would that and a gig or 2 gigs of ram play battlefield 2 with all the settings at high
 
I highly recomend those, they have a 4-4-4 timing which is very good and ocz's are very high performance. They are definitly what you want. :)
