Help Me choose an External 1.5Tb hardrive!

Hiya, im going to buy a 1.5 Tb hardrive, and was looking for recommendations on the best makes/manufacturers out there.

Seagate, maxtor, western union?

Has anybody here got good knowledge of what are the best company/makes who make large hardrives?

And any you would avoid?

Western Union? You mean Western Digital. I'd go with either Maxtor or Western Digital for external drives

western digital and seagate are the only two companies i trust when it comes to hard-drives. i'm sure there are others out there, but from my experience these two are the most reliable.

yea i meant western digital. speed isnt too much an issue

will be used for - Storage, not to move around,

and it wont be on/in use all of the time
