help me choose between 2 hard drives

hdd A:
400GB SERIAL ATA II HARD DRIVE WITH 16MB CACHE (7200rpm)

hdd B:
500GB SERIAL ATA II HARD DRIVE WITH 8MB CACHE (7200rpm)

'hdd A' is slightly more expensive but only by a few $s

So which one should i get and why??

The 16MB cache is faster, but in reality, you won't see much of a difference.
I would pop for this:

go for the 400GB cause of the cache.

8mb cache is too low for a 500gb really, will notice lack of speed.

Go for the 400gb 16mb, will overall be faster and a general user never fills up 500gb.

You'll be surprised how many people fill up hard drives, just ask g25racer
