help me choose MotherBoard!

in the last few weeks im struggling on which motherboard to purchase.
I have E6600 CPU, and all the rest im ordering around it.
my uses are a mixture of all kind: little gaming, lotsa office, many movies, not to much OverCloaking (though might get into it in the future so want to leave all the options open), shortly - main stream user.

the big question is which motherboard shuold I buy?
right now im thinking of 2 options:
ABIT AB9 PRO & ASUS P5B-E PLUS
But i'm open for suggestions.

I'm running a ASUS P5W DH deluxe. Very nice mother board, got all the features you'd want. Great overclocker, great for gaming, and this board was made for Home theater use.... so .. ? I'm very happy with mine,
