Help me choosing a computer, I doubt

I was looking for a new computer.
After a time i still doubt about this 2 configurations.
The are both of HP.

WJ990ET#AK6:
HP 8100E CMT i5660 500G 4.0G PC Core i5 660, 500GB HDD 7200 SATA, Multicard Rdr DVD+/-RW, 4 GB PC3-10600 DDR3 (sng ch), WIN 7 professional 32 bit, Office rdy, 3-3-3 Wty

XT217EA#AK6:
HP 72000E MT i5 2400 1T 4.0G 28 PC Core i52400, 1TB 7200 SATA, DVD+/-RW Multicard Rdr, 4GB PC3-10600 DDR3 (sng ch), NV GeFrce G 4202 PCIe x16, Win 7 Proff 64bit, 1-1-1 Wty EUA4 pwrcrd, EN FR NL OS, no keyboard.

The second is newer, new serie of the i5, Quad core, 1TB and 64 Bit.
The first is normally a little bit faster but he isn't so good in multitasking, the hard disk is 500G that means in a couple of months I must buy an other hard disk.

I use the pc the most of the time for Office, music and video, internet. Sometimes I play also a game, but that isn't the reason why I want to buy a PC.
I understand that the first could be better but he also cost €200 more is this price difference responsible?

My question: Which of this PC's I should buy? And why!
And if you have a better deal for a max price of €900 of HP you can shoot. Pleas only from HP, I don't make that choice.

That could be. What do you propose?
For the first configuration I pay €899
For the second I pay € 660

second one is better. the second gen of i5 is faster then the frist. However, intel saying there is a design bugs within the motherboard chipset of the 2nd gen, they are recalling all product at the moment.

And that's mean that i better don't buy it or not?
 
What about Studio XPS 7100 from Dell.
Now is it around the price from the second.
