Hey, I've been deciding on these two computers. But I can't come to a conclusion, any ideas on what's better?

Specs for PC #1: (I think this is the better choice)
PB Gaming 61100 Skylake Core i3 Dual Core 3.7Ghz/ 8GB DDR4 Gaming RAM /1TB Solid State Hybrid Drive / NVidia GTX 950 2GB Gaming Graphics Card / Windows 10 Home 64bit/Wireless Ready

PC #2:
PB Hero Gaming Series Smash Intel Core i3 6100 Dual Core 3.7GHz / 8GB DDR4 Gaming RAM /120GB SSD with 1TB / NVidia GTX 750Ti 2GB Gaming Graphics Card /Windows 10 HOME 64bit

First one because of the more powerful GPU but also buy an SSD for it. The SSHD does not deliver 'SSD-like performance' like they say it will.
 
Are you at your budget with these 2? They both only have a dual core processor. Minimum these days should be a quad core. If you have the money invest in the quad core cpu.
