Help me decide!

Well $130 Is about as much as I can spend.. But I dont plan on buying one until next month.. (I get payed monthly) So maybe if one of the cards you suggested goes down a little I'll get one.
 
Word of caution, the X1600 series cards are REALLY REALLY horrible so, don't even think about it, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. Also, regarding those rankings, I disagree with the X1950pro being better than the 7900GT, I have personally benchmarked them myself and I got a difference result.
Regarding choosing a graphics card, you have two choices, the best card to get now is the 7600GT, however its bigger brother the 8600GT is out albeit abit more expensive. So if you are really desperate for a decent graphics card, then get the 7600GT, if you can hold off abit, then you should go with the 8600GT when the price drops abit.
 
By the way, the 8600GT is around 170 bux, I think price would drop in the coming months and your seriously consider it.
 
X1650xt is completely different than the other X1600 series

X1650xt has 8 pipelines and 24 shaders processors
X1600pro/xt and X1650pro have on only 4 pipelines and 12 shader processors.
