Help me find this odd USB cable

No idea what section I should be posting this in. But I have or had a cable that opened up a USB port on my car radio but lost the cable. I was going to just make one but wanted to ask around before I did that. Really thought it was more common or I would have made very sure not to lose it. This is the exact cable I had but the company disappeared.

aftermarket replacement stereo, e7026navi. The place I bought it from years ago is now gone. FlyAudio I think was the supplier, but I have had zero luck getting through to anyone there.
