Help me get this character (P + ^)

Hey all, my girlfriend is doing an assignment, and she needs some help. Unfortunately I am unable to provide, so I have come to you at CF. How do I get the character "P" with a hat like this one? "^" So.. Ẑ but with P instead of Z.

Does this character even exist?

There's an unknown character editor in XP, if you explore to "Windows", "System32" and look for eudcedit.exe, click on it to run and create a character or edit one.

I've never used it so don't know the difficulty in doing this but it's worth a look.
