help me get this thing overclocked

i just read the sticky: overclocking 101 and i feel not the least bit confident on what the hell im doing ive never done it and i dont wanna ruin it. i understand where the settings are in the bios but not how to use them at all.

and you want to overclock why? not trying to be an ass but if you're scared that you will mess something up you probably shouldn't be messing with it.

Have you tried googling "Core 2 duo overclocking guide"? I doubt it. Keep reading guides until you have enough confidence to go ahead.
