like make it think that my cpu is 1.6ghz

Gonna need an upgraded CPU bud.

Its kinda odd that it won't even let you run it. My old laptop had a 1.8 Ghz processor but it would let me open LoL, even if it was 10 fps

Minimum requirement is 1.6 ghz. There is nothing you can do.

Keep in mind with that low of a CPU that your video capabilities are equally incapable of running that game. Therefore, even if you could make it launch, it would still be unplayable.

Well video wise its minimum is a 6600 GT. Don't know how a HD3200 onboard compares to a 6600 GT. Other then skipping the hardware check just for the heck of it. I don't really see the point.
