i need a socket 478 mobo for a intel pentium 4 2.1ghz, my gf's just crapped out, i want to spend under 50 if i could, help me look let me know if you find something

6600GT, thats pretty cheap. Or you could go even cheaper for like a Radeon 9250.

Do you need PCI-e, PCI, AGP?
