Help me pick a motherboard please!

So I have a 350 buget for building a new pc all i need is a cpu/motherboard and video card. I'm down to these 4 to pick from, but other ideas for builds are more than welcome. thank you.

What will you be using the computer for? I would say the gigabyte board hands down though. Since an amd build would save you some money.

If AMD the GA-990FXA-UD3. Dont know what your going for, but if your not going to be running SLI or CF the GA-970A-UD3 will save you some bucks and is really a good board. Or even if you are the GA-990XA-UD3 is not a bad board.
