I am putting together my computer tomorrow morning and I am stuck on which hard drive i should put as my main. It is a gaming build.
I have a Seagate 500gb 16 cache 7200 rpm and a Hitachi Deckstar 7K1000.d with 32 Cache and 7200 rpm.
I hear that Hitachi's are not too reliable and don't want to go through the trouble to back up my OS and other files if it dies on me.
I was thinking of putting the Seagate as my main drive for my OS, music, videos, etc. and the Hitachi as my storage for Games such as Diablo 3, COD, etc. but i am not too experienced and i was hoping someone could give me a second opinion. thanks :good::good:
