LOL. Well its not that funny because my computer is a absolute mess and i have no idea about nothing. For some reason it keeps malfunctioning. It used to happen once every so often and today it has happened 5 times as i was trying to download MSC Its only 17mb and malfunctions half way through. A blue screen comes up with white writting then shuts down and restarts.

I managed to read something on the blue screen quickly and it said if it happens more than once check the disk space. Thats all i managed to read in the short time before it cut out.

I have 41GB from 222 remaining it says on the c drive.

Sorry i have no idea what anything means. Im trying my best to explain.

I also run the AVG thing often and says no problems or virus or anything. Except the other day i had somethng medium it deleted for the first time in a while i had something.

I also run something called reg clean pro and says i have 336 registry problems and spyware. My system is poor and risk is high.

I get confused as all these different anti virus and software things keep saying different things. One will say fine and the other says i have issues.

I think i have issues if it keeps malfunctioning.

Can someone please guide me what to download a good free clean up. Or cheap clean up and also how to delete programs i dont need or what i should do. I have no idea whats taking up all my computer space. Something is weird.

Im sure my computer got hacked a few weeks ago as well you can see from the last post i made.

Please help me geeks.

Thank you.

Download BlueScreenView (http://download.cnet.com/BlueScreenView/3000-2094_4-10965136.html) and post the log on here. It will help us (well, John) determine what is wrong there.

That is plenty, but is it defragmented? What File System (FAT32 or NTFS most likely)? Have you tested the drive for errors? Is windows the only OS on the drive?

Not that I don't trust AVG, but download and run full scan from malewarebytes. Delete any errors it finds.

Bad idea. Well, so I have been told. Only use registry cleaners if you have a direct error related to the registry. (like if you deleted a program but bits are still lingering around your system.) Otherwise, you are likely to cause more issues than you fix.

I get confused as all these different anti virus and software things keep saying different things. One will say fine and the other says i have issues.
Be at peace young one. Think of it like this. You have a headache. Go to a oncologists and he will see cancer. Go to a endrochronologist and he will test your glucose. go to a mother and she will see a headache and treat with asprin. Each program will only test or find errors that it is meant to find.

Ccleaner will clean up pretty well. Also, to clean out programs you don't use, go to control panel-> programs -> remove a program (forgive me if I don't have the exact titles right. Been a while since I used windows regular). If it says Microsoft, AMD, or Nvidia, Do not remove it, as they are required to run the system proper.

What do you need from the log as it says heaps of different things?

Dump file, Crash time, Bug check string, Bug check code and then like a million other things, parameter something and goes forever.

Then the other one has a million things as well like, File name, address from, time stamp, string all this other technical stuff.

I cant post the whole log cause its to wide and long. Even on the full page view i have to scroll for long time both sideways and down. LOL. Its to big to post it on one page.

I will see what i can do.

Save it as a .txt or .doc and upload it to a file share site and give us the link. We really need the whole log to diagnose the issue.

I dont know how to save as .text or .doc and upload. Im not with technology. I will try.

Can overheating cause it?. I just noticed my laptop only been on few minuites now and allready the fan is continuously running and blowing out hot air. Its really hot. It was really hot today as well. The fan doesnt stop.

Heat would not be the main cause of a BSOD.

to save as .txt or .doc, open the log, it should open in notepad iirc, go up to file -> save as -> "enter your choice of name" and click save. It will by default save as .txt.

As for uploading, go to docs.google.com and upload your file. Once uploaded, click on share, and copy the address it gives you. It will look like this https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Y5UNWr1tRmufV2woJUBTAD5gSJ62eH7-YPf-t36P80s/edit?usp=sharing.
Make sure the doc is set to public and you are done (assuming you already posted said address here).

Here are full instructions for bluescreenview.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

LOL. I am so behind time. I have absolutaly no idea what you mean John.

How do i "unzip" a download file?. What is unzip?

Im all paranoid now. Because your all computer geeks and i dont know what anything means so you could trick me and have my info and hack my computer. Cause there is all this technical stuff on the log it could give you access to my computer or something and you can give me a virus for fun. haha.

Ok i will have to trust you are one of the good guys because i want to fix this problem.

Assuming you are in windows/linux/OSx all you have to do to "unzip" is double click on it (open the file) and then follow John's instructions (which is just a more detailed version of the Instructions given in post 2).
