Ok so I have Windows Vista and my mointor is Hannspree HF229H. MY problem is that sometimes I turn my monitor off and when I turn it back on the screen goes black for a second and then everything is smaller like my desktop and everything like my recycle bin which is in the corner of my screen ends up being in the middle. Now normaly this corrects it self after 5 minutes but this time its not correcting it self. Everything is smaller then it should be. I tryed to system restore and right after the system restore when it went to the log in screen it went black again and everything was small again. I dont know why this is happening but i need it to be back to normal!
