Help me Please!

Do you know what a factory restore is? Doing a factory restore will restore the laptop back to the way it was when you first bought it. How would that make it worse? Factory restores are done all the time.
 
i know what it is i've just seen people writing about this..

Can you answer my question though? Will this remove the virus or what ever it is ?
And one more thing. If i was to restore my system to factory settings how long would it take do you think ?

Obviously, you don't know what it is. Cause you would know that a factory restore would totally wipe the drive and reinstall windows with all drivers and applications the way it was when you first turned the computer on after you bought it. So the answer to your question would be yes. Whatever issues you have at this time would be gone after doing a factory restore.
 
Assuming you have an HP computer from your previous threads, I would assume about an hour and a half or so.
